On June 1st, 2025, the grassroots Trade Union of Tai Jaan Plastics Industry Co., Ltd. (Vietnam) successfully organized the 2nd Workers’ Sports Festival – 2025. The event attracted over 120 enthusiastic participants from various departments and workshops across the company.
The festival took place in a joyful and united atmosphere, featuring five exciting physical games: Powder Passing, Water Relay, Wooden Slippers Race, Sack Race, and Men’s Mini Football. These games not only brought laughter and fun but also highlighted teamwork and seamless coordination among team members.
At the end of the event, the Organizing Committee awarded a total of 20 prizes, including 5 First Prizes, 5 Second Prizes, 5 Third Prizes, and several Consolation Prizes to outstanding teams and individuals.
The Sports Festival demonstrated the genuine care of the company’s leadership and Trade Union for the employees’ mental well-being. More than just a platform for physical training and health improvement, the event helped strengthen team bonds and foster a spirit of communication and unity among departments. It served as a positive motivation, spreading vibrant energy and contributing to the sustainable growth of the Tai Jaan Plastics collective.
